Pasta has taken an important place in our eating habits but remains a product associated with Italian or Asian cuisine. What would the French pasta look like?
“Antoinette” is a pasta imagined in 3 collections inspired by the sewing techniques: the pleated, the draped and the lacing. Each collection will include a range of 4 pasta, each with manual, delicate and precise gestures. This pasta invites you to an exceptional moment of tasting with a dish at home, recreating the atmosphere of a gourmet restaurant.

I was able to apprehend the organization in remote and discover a new technique of cooking, allowing a great freedom of creation. I will never get tired of making pasta.
